Job descriptionPrepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion. Oversee site progress and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, legal norms, and quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering teams, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution. Provide guidance and direction to project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enhance performance and resolve challenges. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize project disruptions. Liaise with government authorities for timely approvals, permits, clearances, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, vendors, internal teams, and statutory bodies. Analyze project reports, financials, and KPIs; prepare regular progress updates and presentations for senior leadership. Drive adoption of modern construction technologies, sustainability initiatives, and energy-efficient practices. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve excellence in project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. (Master’s degree / PMP certification is a plus) Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in real estate / construction project management. Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value projects. Expertise in project planning, construction management, and budgeting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
The AVP - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development.
