Quality Analyst

We’re Hiring – Quality Analyst || Technical Process || Gurgaon

Process : Technical Support

What You’ll Do :

Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure service excellence & process adherence

Identify training opportunities and provide actionable feedback

Conduct performance audits and RCA for quality deviations

Prepare detailed weekly & monthly quality reports

Collaborate with operations & training teams to improve customer journey

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 1–3 years of QA experience in a technical process (Voice / Non-Voice)

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Excellent communication & soft skills

Knowledge of QA tools, quality frameworks & calibration processes

Ready to work in rotational shifts & week offs
