The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Make outbound calls to potential clients and identify leads who can benefit from our software.
- Client Engagement : Explain the benefits of our software clearly and build strong relationships with clients.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule demo sessions for clients and coordinate details with the sales team.
- Follow-Up : Contact clients after demos to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate client records and organize them in the system.
- Reporting : Track call activities, demos, and sales, and highlight client feedback.
Requirements :
Education : 12th pass or higher.Experience : At least 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing of IT products (ERP Software Sales experience is a plus).Skills :
Strong communication and convincing skills.Basic knowledge of computers and software.Motivated and focused on achieving sales goals.Benefits :
