Salary : 20,000 / - + Uncapped Commissions

Earning Potential : 60,000 70,000 / month and beyond based on performance

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to engage with qualified prospects and close sales for our E-commerce Marketing Services . Your core responsibilities include understanding client pain points, presenting solutions effectively, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in Zoom calls with qualified leads to understand their needs.
• Present and pitch our services in a persuasive and client-focused manner.
• Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Follow up persistently with leads needing further nurturing.
• Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals.
• Accurately log all activities (calls, deals, revenue) in Google Sheets.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and processes.
• Review call recordings daily to refine pitch and approach.
