Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead complex client engagements in pharmaceutical forecasting and consulting. This role involves advanced data analysis, model development, client management, and mentoring, with minimal supervision.

Scope of the Role

As a lead contributor, you’ll manage multiple workstreams or entire projects—scoping, planning, delivery, and quality assurance—while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Build and redesign forecast models from scratch, including patient flow and baseline trending modules

Conduct advanced data and analogue analysis to generate actionable insights

Develop tailored tools, frameworks, and solutions for client needs

Ensure rigorous quality assurance and testing throughout project lifecycle

Manage client relationships with proactive communication and strategic guidance

Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development

Support business development and proposal creation

Lead and participate in organizational initiatives

Design and develop forecasting models and validate scope

Innovate in technical implementation and ensure process conformance

Train and guide junior team members

Maintain high standards in execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–8 years of experience in Pharma forecasting projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven experience in client-facing roles and team leadership

Expertise in forecasting methodologies and pharma domain knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
