OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional Consultant with specific expertise in ADP Payroll integration

Our direct client is looking for a highly skilled Absence, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional Consultant with specific expertise in ADP Payroll integration. This consultant will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.

Duration – 12-month, Location – Remote India

Timings : Mostly 2 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM IST

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management.
• Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.
• Experience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional.
