Global Sales & Enablement Specialist
Overview :
Unisys is seeking a Global Sales Enablement Specialist to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. This role will blend strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to help develop and deliver integrated content and training. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, a seller-centric focus, and the ability to take ideas from inception to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Partner Enablement Programs : Develop, build, facilitate, and maintain enablement programs for the Commercial organization
- Training & Coaching : Deliver training curriculums, both live and recorded, to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with GTM, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Unit teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
- Sales Methodology & Best Practices : Enforce sales methodologies and best practices driving a consistent sales motion across global teams.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Feedback & Improvement : Gather feedback from sales and alliance teams to refine and enhance support Education : Bachelor's / master's degree in business, adult learning, education, marketing, communication, or equivalent.
Experience :
7+ years in sales enablement, partner enablement, field sales, sales training and development, learning & development, and / or sales operations.Proven track record in salesExperience with content management systems and video editing tools.Coaching knowledge and experience.Corporate event planning (SKO, regional events, etc.)Skills :
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to quickly upskill.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Strong project management skills with a proactive and structured approach.Ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.Experience with sales enablement platforms like Percipio and Resilient, adaptable, and creativeAbility to work autonomously and manage ambiguityStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsref : iimjobs.com)
