Job descriptionMust have minimum 3 years of experience in the Dairy / FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of local market (Bhubaneswar / Cuttack). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage field operations and distributor relations. Candidates without Dairy Industry experience will not be considered.

Location : Bhubaneswar & Cuttack
Experience : Minimum 2+ years (FMCG / DAIRY / RETAIL)
Package : ₹3.60 LPA – ₹8.00 LPA
Immediate joiners preferred

We’re on a mission to deliver pure, unadulterated dairy goodness — and we’re expanding our distributor and retail network across Bhubaneswar & Cuttack.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Onboard new distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Manage and motivate the daily sales team for target achievement.
- Ensure daily market visits, sampling, and brand visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and monitor performance.
- Regular reporting to management with sales data and insights
