Job description2–5 years working as a VFX compositor / trainer / artist (studio or training institute). Hands-on experience with Nuke, Mocha, Houdini, Silhouette and Adobe After Effects Strong understanding of tracking, roto, keying, color correction, and compositing pipelines. Clear, patient communicator and a motivating teacher. Experience preparing students for placements / demo reels. Exposure to real production pipelines and VFX studio workflows.

Arena Animation Gurgaon established in 1997, is Haryana’s oldest creative institute training students in Animation, VFX, Motion Graphics, UI / UX and more. We focus on practical, industry-ready skills and strong placement support.
Role Summary :
Teach hands-on VFX & compositing courses, mentor students and prepare students for real-world VFX workflows. You’ll translate studio techniques into classroom-friendly lessons while motivating learners with diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver classroom and lab sessions on Nuke, Mocha, After Effects and related tools.
- Demonstrate compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, keying, paint and finishing workflows.
- Mentor students on demo reels, portfolio building, and industry best practices.
- Assess student progress, give constructive feedback, and run remedial sessions.
