About the Role :

The Senior Systems Architect is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-class business intelligence and system architecture solutions. This role ensures that platforms and systems meet strategic and operational needs, while aligning with enterprise technology standards and innovation goals. Working closely with development teams, principal architects, and leadership, the Sr Architect shapes scalable solutions, creates architectural guardrails, and mentors other team members. This individual is a key contributor in driving transformation, modernization, and execution of the organization’s enterprise data and systems strategy.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and present system architecture and technical solution documents for BI and enterprise projects
• Build high-level solution designs (HLSDs) and contribute to capital assessment reviews
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and align technical delivery
• Provide architectural guidance during the RFI / RFP process and serve as a subject matter expert across domains
• Lead the development of architecture guardrails, process frameworks, and platform strategy
• Mentor architects and technical teams on architecture standards, delivery best practices, and enterprise systems thinking
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, diagrams, and technical documentation for new solutions
• Assess data sources, validate design assumptions, and create test / validation scripts
• Support visual modeling of system functionality, technical flows, and infrastructure dependencies
• Coordinate across enterprise functions to ensure systems interoperability, scalability, and business alignment
• Drive decision-making around enterprise-wide systems and influence executive stakeholders
