Education Background
Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector.
Work Experience
1–3 years of sales experience. Preference will be given to NISM 5A & 21A certified candidates with experience in managing Retail / HNI clients and in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.

Role Purpose
To maximize sales by planning and implementing organizational strategies and activities in order to achieve assigned business targets.
Key Accountabilities
Up-sell ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund products to Retail and HNI clients as per the assigned database
Generate fresh leads through references to expand the client base
Acquire HNI clients and maintain consistent engagement through regular follow-up calls
Advise investors by analyzing their asset allocation and customizing investment solutions
Achieve business targets related to up-selling ICICI Prudential products and strengthening client net-worth relationships
Profile customers to understand financial needs and provide suitable financial products
Ensure high standards of service delivery to Retail and HNI clients
Provide investment planning and financial advisory support
Meet sales and revenue targets across the assigned product mix
Serve as the single point of contact for all assigned customers
