Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our values and audience
• Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels — digital, social, influencer, and PR.
• Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audience behavior
• Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customer acquisition metrics
• Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for digital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations
• Build and optimize the entire student acquisition funnel : awareness → consideration → enrollment → advocacy
• Establish clear KPIs and OKRs; measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CAC, conversion rates, and unit economics
