The Personal Trainer will design and deliver customized, safe, and effective fitness programs for clients (individuals or small groups) of varying fitness levels. They will guide clients during workouts, monitor progress, provide nutrition / lifestyle guidance (within scope), and maintain a professional environment that supports client goals and retention.

• Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings for new clients to establish baseline fitness and identify any limitations. (Wikipedia)
