Experience : 6 - 10 years.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Azure Cloud Engineer to join our IT team.

The candidate will provide intermediate-level technical support for Azure Cloud environments, servers, and operating systems.

This role involves troubleshooting escalated issues from L1 teams, assisting in cloud implementation and maintenance, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure for reliability, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, server administration, and virtualization, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Incident Management and Troubleshooting :

• Handle escalated issues from L1 support and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for Azure resources, servers, and storage systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
