VP Quality Excellence (India)
Our client, a leading global organization in the analytics, digital solutions, and operations space, is seeking a Vice President – Quality Excellence to drive transformation, innovation, and large-scale process improvement initiatives across key business verticals. This is a senior leadership role responsible for elevating quality performance, building domain-led solutions, and steering strategic value delivery for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Strategic Quality & Transformation Initiatives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive process improvement and transformation roadmap aligned with strategic client priorities.
- Lead value-capture initiatives and innovation programs that enhance business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership to drive continuous improvement.
2. Build Quality Excellence Solutions & Capabilities
Create diagnostic frameworks, best-practice playbooks, and domain-specific toolkits across core business areas.Enable business development through solutioning support for pursuits and proposals.Strengthen Lean Six Sigma and transformation capability across teams.3. Lead QA Delivery Excellence
Design and run a cost-effective and scalable QA framework across onshore / offshore delivery centers.Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, certifications, and governance standards.Strengthen independence and objectivity of quality reporting.4. Digital & Smart QA Transformation
Drive adoption of digital QA models, automation-led quality operations, and smart monitoring frameworks.Expand QE capabilities to support evolving platform-based and services-oriented business models.5. People Leadership & Engagement
Build and nurture a high-performing Quality Excellence team.Drive talent development, certification programs (BB / MBB), and employee engagement initiatives.Maintain strong retention across leadership roles.Key Performance Indicators

15+ years of experience in Quality Excellence, Transformation, or related functionsExpertise in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and quality frameworks (ISO / COPC)Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and process-mapping toolsStrong consulting mindset, analytical orientation, and strategic thinkingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
