Position : Senior Manager / Manager – Digital Transformation Strategy
Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad
Experience
- 7–15 years of experience in large-scale consulting and team management, either in a consulting firm or within a firm’s internal strategy / transformation function
- 5+ years leading or participating in significant digital transformation programs (preferably in Cloud, Interactive, or New IT domains)
- Proven experience in setting up and driving a Value Realization Office (VRO) or Transformation Management Office (TMO)
- Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , Value Trees , and other digital transformation metrics
- 3+ years of experience leading teams — including planning analytical work, facilitating workshops, and delivering recommendations
- Exposure to IT Strategy , Scrum / Agile methodologies, and transformation delivery models
