Assist in preparing reports and presentationsob Summary : The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing quotations, developing and executing marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company's business. The role requires a proactive professional who can lead promotional activities, optimize costs, and drive impactful marketing campaigns and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities : Handle and respond to customer inquiries and manage quotation preparation efficiently. Assist in preparing reports and presentations Suggest and implement new strategies to enhance marketing and business development activities. Manage and support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions. Participate in new business development activities and contribute to lead generation. Coordinate and execute promotional email campaigns and marketing communication. Perform cost optimization and participate in price negotiation with customers and vendors. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness. Support branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and promotional content creation. Ensure timely coordination for exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the scientific, chemical, or laboratory industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
