Job Type : Permanent (Hybrid Model )

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Only

Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Automation Architect who is highly skilled in Python and capable of designing and building automation frameworks from scratch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple functional automation tools, deep knowledge of modern QA practices, and a strong ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

This role demands technical depth, architectural vision, and innovative thinking — especially in leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Framework Design & Development :
• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks primarily using Python .
• Build automation solutions using other functional automation tools (e.G., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) as needed.
• Define and implement best practices for test automation architecture and coding standards.
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring :
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to QA engineers across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Analysts) in an Agile environment.
• Conduct technical sessions and share innovative ideas to continuously improve the QA process.
• DevOps & CI / CD Integration :
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI / CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Implement test execution in pipelines and ensure quality gates are enforced.
• Data & Platform Knowledge :
• Strong understanding of Databricks , Kafka , Azure Data Lake (ADLS) , and data validation frameworks.
• Work with structured / unstructured data formats such as JSON and YAML .
• Innovation & AI Utilization :
• Explore and integrate AI-driven testing and generative AI tools to enhance code generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Client & Stakeholder Management :
• Act as a QA technology partner for clients, presenting architectural proposals, test strategies, and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
