The Role
The Logistics Strategic Projects Implementation Program Manager will lead and coordinate the implementation of the SAP system and operational separation between the Joint Venture and logistics operations across LATAM. This role ensures alignment across impacted sites, driving collaboration among cross-functional workstreams in Supply Chain and Digital Technology Services (DTS) for both warehousing and transportation. Acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders, you’ll manage priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager and strategic problem solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. This project operates under an accelerated timeline, requiring precision, decisiveness, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align a cross-functional project team, including DTS, Logistics Central Support, and site Logistics SMEs from both internal teams and third-party partners.
- Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide effective stakeholder management and collaborate closely with the Logistics PMO.
- Drive consistent communication and implementation strategies that balance business continuity with demanding project deadlines.
- Facilitate decision-making and prioritize trade-offs across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
- Monitor project milestones and updates in the Target Process tool and supporting action-tracking systems.
What You Bring
Proven project management experience with a track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling decks and tailor messages to diverse audiences.Strong leadership in matrixed environments—skilled at driving collaboration and influencing without direct authority.Working knowledge of SAP / EWM principles; prior system implementation experience is highly desirable.Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems.Travel
