Key Responsibilities :

Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, product descriptions, and other digital platforms.

Conduct research to create accurate and relevant content on diverse Recruitment & HR topics.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce content aligned with campaign goals.

SEO optimize content by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices.

Manage content calendars and meet deadlines efficiently.

Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on analytics.

Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging content formats.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.

Strong research and interview skills.

Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword integration.

Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.

Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
