Job description2-4 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced support environment Experience with B2B / B2C focused companies Experience in technical support Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Bachelors Degree in any field Overall, 2-4 years of experience, which includes 1+ years of directly working with customers 6+ months of experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy with experience using Windows / MS Office , Excel, and CRM management Demonstrated advanced English / Regional language proficiency, both written and spoken Exceptional soft skills, empathy, listening ability, high ownership and customer orientation
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing prompt, frictionless, consistent and delightful customer service
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identifying root causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events.
- Maintaining and improving NPS / CSAT
