REGIONAL ADMIN MANAGER - MML - GULBARGA

Job Description :

1. Branch Expansion : The overall Administration of the Regional Office and Identification of new premises, negotiation with the landlord and submission of the proposals to the Admin Department for approval (general guidelines being premises in the ground floor, 15 Years of lease period, 10 % / 15% rent enhancement on Base rent once in 3 years and lease to be registered @ 50 : 50 bases etc.)

2. Execution and registration of the lease agreement within 10 working days of the Proposal approval

3. Follow up with the landlord to complete the Land Lord's scope of works within 45 days from the lease execution (Strong Room construction, Flooring, Pantry etc. as per company norms & Specification)
