Senior Finance Controller

Hiring Alert – Leading MNC in Trivandrum Position : Chartered Accountant (CA) Location : Trivandrum

Requirements

Qualified CA with 6 + years of hands-on experience in accounting & taxation

Prior experience in an IT company (minimum 4 years)

Strong expertise in account consolidation for multi-country operations and legal entities

Hands-on experience in India & international banking operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Financial Controlling function across multiple entities

Manage finances, banks, and ensure timely funding for all entities

Secure working capital financing, asset financing, and bank guarantees / credit facilities

Oversee Accounts Payable : purchase accounting, vendor payments, and forecasting

Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect taxes , avoiding penalties and optimizing tax positions

Maintain statutory records and ensure timely monthly book closure and audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal)

Prepare budgets, ensure budgetary control via variance / trend analysis

Forecast operating expenses monthly within 5 days of close

Deliver MIS reports and other financial reports to the CFO

Skills & Qualifications

Qualified CA with 6+ years of experience in accounting & taxation

Strong knowledge of multi-country consolidation and banking operations

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
