Vita Student has its own Management Company – Vita Student Management - to ensure the delivery of the brand's exceptional lifestyle experience for its tenants, and maximum occupancy and returns for its property owners.

The Opportunity :

Vita Student is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident individuals with the desire to build a career in sales and to assist with the sales and lettings of its luxury student apartments in Madrid.

Full training will be provided on the brand, how to conduct yourself as a brand ambassador, face to face marketing and full sales training.

Job Role :

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident individuals with a desire to build a career in sales and to assist with the lettings of a luxury student brand in the UK and Spain.

This person should be able to conduct both inbound and outbound sales work via all types of contact methods (phone, email, WhatsApp, WeChat) for students interested in our UK student accommodation buildings. There may also be the opportunity to help lettings with some or all of our Vita Student buildings in Spain too. The ultimate goal of this individual is to help us achieve 100% occupancy in our student buildings each year.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To help grow Vita Student's positive brand awareness in India
  • To follow up all inbound enquiries to a very high standard with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation remotely
  • Some outbound calling to reinvigorate leads from our database
  • Hitting monthly KPIs
  • Generating own referrals through booking networks and social media platforms
  • To have a strong knowledge of all our buildings across the UK

Reporting

This role will report directly to marketing and sales regarding targets, locations and activities for that day. Key reporting items will be :

  • Daily targets
  • Numbers achieved daily and weekly
  • Quality of the data captured
  • Number of lead conversions
  • Number of lettings
  • Feedback from daily activities
  • Number of viewings performed
  • Viewing conversion rates
  • Reporting will be by way of weekly update meetings, ad-hoc meetings and a pro-forma daily and weekly report.

    Role Requirements :

    Qualifications : University degree or equivalent.

    Experience : Ideally 1-year of Sales / Promotions experience, and customer service experience would be beneficial. Knowledge of Madrid is critical. If you are an ex-Vita Student resident or studied / worked in the UK before, it's a plus.

    Communication :   Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one Indian dialect. Must be confident and possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner, especially considering that a high volume of our students will likely be international where English is not a first language. A personable character is essential as well as the ability to build relationships quickly – face to face. The ability to speak another language would be desirable.

    Workload Management and Approach :   Must be able to work independently. Must be organized and methodical in approach and also be flexible.

    Professionalism and Commitment :   Punctual and approachable in appearance.  Reliable and can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic. Must be motivated by making sales and increasing earnings as well as achieving targets
