Job Description – Influencer Activity Planner
Role Summary :
The Influencer Activity Planner is responsible for identifying, shortlisting, and planning influencer collaborations based on brand strategy. This role ensures the right influencers are selected for
campaigns, balancing audience relevance, engagement, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, media planning, or digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (Qoruz, Viral Pitch, Winkl, etc.) .
- Strong data analysis and Excel / Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Planning
Translate brand briefs into influencer activity plans.Identify suitable influencers across categories (nano, micro, macro, celebrity) using Qoruz or other platforms.Align influencer mix with campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, conversions).Forecast impressions, reach, engagement, and cost per campaign.Influencer Sourcing & SelectionMaintain and update influencer database with followers, engagement rate, views, past collaborations, and pricing.Prepare shortlists for approval from strategy lead and brand team.Benchmark influencer costs using external references for negotiation support.Coordination
Liaise with agencies and influencers to gather proposals.Ensure selected influencers match campaign strategy and target audience.Share influencer plans internally for approval before execution.Reporting & Tracking
