Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer with at least 2 years of experience in building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing chatbot solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, experience with system integrations, and an interest in improving chatbot performance through analytics and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain chatbot features across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
• Build backend services and conversational logic using Node.Js and Python.
• Integrate chatbots with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
• Design and refine conversational flows, intents, entities, and NLP components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert requirements into working chatbot functionality.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance performance, quality, and user experience.
• Support knowledge management activities including structuring content and preparing training datasets.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and optimization exercises.
• Execute unit testing and contribute to documentation and best practices.
