About the role

Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of hiring Researchers for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible to support talent acquisition activities, involving senior management search mandates, for our top ranking Indian and Global clients.

Skills

Cold Calling, Headhunting, Research.

As a Researcher, you will...

• Headhunt for candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn & job portals.
• Approach candidates to procure their resumes and understand more about their role.
• Understand the job description for roles.
• Conduct research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

Work Hours

This role requires you to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Mon to Fri for 9 : 15 hours a day.
