Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional HRMS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.1.3 to support ongoing HRMS-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have both technical development skills and functional understanding of HR, Payroll, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.).
• Develop, customize, and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Work on PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, Workflow, and APIs for HRMS functionalities.
• Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and assist in functional configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS-related issues across test and production environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams, users, and developers to ensure smooth operation and delivery.
• Support upgrades, patches, and performance improvements in EBS 12.1.3 environments.
