Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with senior HR staff for final rounds.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires complete necessary paperwork and are properly integrated into the company.
Employee Relations :
Support in addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.HR Administration :
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management on HRMS software.Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.Compliance & Policy Management :
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.Assist in the implementation of HR policies and Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree will be plus.5-7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and recruitment practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Preferred Skills :
Experience in an ARC or NBFC or financial services industry.Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Salary & Perks : As per Industry Standard
