Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our sales team as telecallers. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products / services, and generating leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products / services.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Requirements :

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in sales / telecalling

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
