Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Officer, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, preparing regular reports on account statuses, and handling client inquiries and payment-related discrepancies. The candidate will also work closely with the finance team to reinforce credit control policies, analyze debt trends, and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate efficient payment processes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Credit Control and Debt Collection processes

Proven skills in Finance and Analytical Problem-Solving

Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the Oil & Gas or allied industries is a plus
