The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend systems, guiding team members, and delivering high-quality technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend architecture.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and Product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices.
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation related to development processes, APIs, and system architecture.
