We are expanding our international support team and are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist based in India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can deliver high-quality HR support with consistency and professionalism.

Location : India (remote / office-based depending on candidate)

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience : 2–5 years in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration

Key Responsibilities

As our HR Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting smooth HR operations across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Supporting onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
• Preparing HR reports, trackers, and performance documentation
• Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Liaising with managers and teams to resolve HR queries
• Supporting payroll coordination and attendance tracking (if required)
• Ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times
