Role Description

• Managing operations smoothly at office and events (e.g. Team scheduling, Managing teams at shoots, Tickets booking, Data management)
• Ensuring timely data delivery
• Ensuring client satisfaction and quality control
• Ensuring smooth payment collection and processing
• Handling customer queries & complaints
• Updating Leads on CRM
• Building client relationship
• Having previous experience in events or the wedding industry will be a plus point.
