About the Role
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc. Responsible for setting up a performance management system and OKRs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Effectively lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring, and succession plans for team members.
- Responsible for increase in productivity and efficiency in the workforce.
- Responsible to bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues.
- Effectively develop and monitor an annual budget of the People Success team as per the business plan.
Qualifications
MBA degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years of experience.Required Skills
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.Preferred Skills
