Role Overview :
As the Manager – Media Operations in an advertising agency, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of media campaigns across digital, print, TV, and emerging platforms. You will manage operational workflows, follow SOP that will be shared with you at the time of joining. These SOPs are not to be changed on your own unless you have written consent from your line manager; and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management :
- Oversee end-to-end media operations for multiple client accounts
- Vendor & Partner Coordination :
- Maintain compliance with agency and client standards.
- Budget & Reporting :
- Track media spends and ensure adherence to client budgets
- Prepare implementation reports and for internal stakeholders.
- Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor a team of media planners and operations executives.
- Collaborate with creative, account management, and analytics teams for integrated campaign delivery.
- Process Optimization :
- Implement best practices for workflow efficiency and campaign accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech, and programmatic platforms.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree3 to 5 years of experience in media operations within an advertising agency.Strong knowledge of media implementation for Tv, Radio, Print, Ooh, events and Digital. Should be aware of Media planning processes.Key Competencies :
