Job Title : BTL Campaign Manager
Key Responsibilities
BTL Campaign Planning and Execution
- Responsible for planning, managing resources, and executing BTL campaigns aligned with regional and organizational goals within specified timelines and cost.
- Plan and manage all BTL activation for on-ground activations, roadshows, dealer meetups, product demonstrations, and other localized promotional activities across single / multiple branches in the assigned zone.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design impactful campaigns tailored to the region’s specific requirements.
Influencer Management
Acquisitions and management of participating and non-participating influencers of the business.Retailers / Trade Management
Conduct activities related to retailers and trade, including audits, research, net promoter’s score, and visibility elements across multiple brands of the company.Conduct field visits to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities.Requirements

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Work Experience
4-8 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management, preferably in the building materials, FMCG, or related industries. Prior experience in south locations is preferred.Skills and Competencies
Role will involve multi-location travel.Prior experience in BTL Activation and Demand generation is preferred.Comfortable with data analysis and tech-friendly.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good interpersonal skills.Fluent in oral and written communication (Hindi, English, and Regional Language).Possession of a two-wheeler and smartphone is mandatory.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
