As an Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing at Livspace, you won't just be another cog in the wheel. You'll be the guardian of brand salience for our rapid retail expansion across franchise-owned outlets spread in tiers 1-4 cities of India. Your role would be rooted in solving every day branding challenges across geographies through innovation and out-of-the-box thinking while making sure that brand always comes first, while connecting with stakeholders across business functions to ensure that the retail branding arm of our footprint expansion moves smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

Vendor Coordination : Juggle conversations with vendors across India like a pro - whether it's about samples, reports, or just nudging them (not so gently) to deliver on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Be the bridge between brand, finance, sales and ops - getting approvals, pushing projects forward, and keeping everyone in the loop without losing your sanity.

Project Owner : Once you pick up a project, you drive it to fruitful completion with a sense of ownership and a zeal to solve problems, sometimes innovatively.

Brand Custodian : Keep an eye on FOFO stores across tiers 1 to 4 - spot branding glitches before customers do, and ensure every outlet looks like it belongs on a brand mood board.

Launch Engine : Ensure FOFO store launches are on track by monitoring run rates closely and onboarding new vendors as needed to keep pace with the growing pipeline.

Payment Oversight : Own the payment tracker like it’s your pet project. Ensure no dues are missed, no vendor is cranky, and finance folks are always smiling.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (a post-grad diploma with work experience around creative optimization would be ideal too)
• Proven experience in retail marketing and branding
• Meticulous eye for detail and keen sense of brand to drive consistency in creatives and execution
• Open to traveling to store locations and vendor factories for checking quality of work and ensuring everything is prim and proper
• Very comfortable with Google Sheets to manage project pipeline and status updates
• Outstanding communication and people skills to make sure you gel with our Livspace family and external stakeholders
• Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to industry best practices
• Brownie points for familiarity with marketing automation tools and a keen understanding of copywriting or design sensibilities
• Basic knowledge of the Indian home interiors landscape is a plus!
• A skillful juggler who can handle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
