Netsuite Functional Consultant

NetSuite Functional Consultant (Financials) is a key role within the Business Systems Group. As Netradyne continues its fast-paced growth, the development of our business systems plays a crucial role in supporting our expansion. The NetSuite Functional Consultant, with expertise in financial modules, will own project deliverables of NetSuite projects, including Advanced Revenue Management. This role necessitates a hands-on functional expert capable of driving optimal implementation, managing stakeholders, and facilitating consensus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with key end-users and business owners to align applications with standard business processes, conducting gap analysis as needed
• Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and document them comprehensively
• Implement the designed system in NetSuite and provide support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best industry practices
• Review solutions for feasibility and functional fitment with NetSuite, aligning customer expectations with system capabilities for smooth project delivery
• Prepare test cases for implemented modules, validate deliverables before business user testing, and facilitate issue resolution with business users and support
• Recommend process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices
• Provide functional inputs to the technical team and assist in formal documentation of implementation
• Contribute to the training and development of the key NetSuite team members
