Job description

About the Role :

We’re looking for a creatively driven visual storyteller with a strong design sensibility, expertise in video editing , and a curiosity for emerging tools like AI. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling visual content and have hands-on experience in both video and graphic design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Editing & Motion Design

Edit engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound sync.

Graphic & Visual Design

Design static and dynamic creatives (social media posts, thumbnails, internal comms, etc.).

Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and typography.

AI-Enhanced Creativity

Explore and use AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Veo, etc.

Assist in creating visual references, mockups, and accelerating design workflows using AI.

Requirements :

4–6 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

A portfolio showcasing diverse work, attention to detail, and creative range.

Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, and motion principles.

Familiarity with or willingness to explore AI-based creative tools.

Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Good to Have :

Basic animation or motion graphics skills.

Experience creating content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.

Creative problem-solving and adaptability to different visual styles.
