Art Director

• Working closely with the copy team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil  the client’s brief
• Lead and participate in creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to execution
• Ideate, develop, design and build dynamic display, rich media, social and CRM materials to support experiential creative with an underlying link to performance
• Work closely with the creative head, team leaders, designers, and copywriters to develop and deliver successful and award-winning ideas and work
• Translate client’s marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand appropriate communications
• Ensure designs and developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessible
• Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the agency
• Inspire and lead our talented team of designers, manage their personal development plans and ensure they are learning and growing in their careers.

Qualifications :

Work experience should be 4-5 years
