Hiring : Senior Payments & Product Strategy Leader (Global FinTech & SaaS)

Remote | Full-Time | FinTech | Cross-Border Payments | Product + Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Payments & Product Strategy Leader who brings deep expertise across International Payments, UPI, Cards, Remittances, SWIFT, API-led Payment Products, and Global Product Marketing .

This is a high-impact leadership role driving product strategy, global GTM, and cross-border payments innovation across US, UK, Singapore, India & MENA markets.

🔥 What You’ll Lead

End-to-end Product Strategy for payment products (UPI, Cards, Remittances, BNPL, API-led solutions)
Cross-border programs including LRS, AML / TCS workflows, UPI–PayNow corridors, ISO20022 / 8583
Global SaaS Product Marketing : GTM, ABM, brand positioning, multi-channel campaigns
Stakeholder collaboration with banks, regulators, card networks, NPCI, partners
Ownership of key KPIs : Product Adoption, SQMs, MTUs, GMV, Cross-border volumes

🎯 What We’re Looking For

8–18+ years in FinTech, Payments, SaaS or Cross-Border

Strong background in Product Strategy + Payments Domain + Global Marketing

Experience in API-first payment products , compliance workflows & global GTM

Hands-on experience with UPI, Cards, SWIFT, ISO standards, fraud controls

Ability to drive measurable impact across growth, adoption & customer acquisition

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with RBI, FIU, NPCI , banks, payment partners

Strong documentation : PRDs, BRDs, whitepapers

Experience with MAP, CRM, analytics & marketing automation tools
