Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about academic programs, and assisting with application submissions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to prospective students regarding admission processes and requirements.
• Evaluate student applications and academic records to assess eligibility.
• Conduct informational sessions and webinars to promote the institution and its programs.
• Respond to queries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
• Assist in organizing and participating in admission events and campus tours.
