The ideal candidate will have strong Service Cloud experience and hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce development and configuration activitiesDesign and build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and IntegrationsWork closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsParticipate in deployment cycles, reviews, and release managementTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practicesContribute to reusable components, clean code, and technical governanceRequired SkillsMinimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience3+ years of mandatory experience in Salesforce Service CloudStrong hands-on experience with : APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & IntegrationsExcellent communication and ability to work directly with business usersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindsetCertifications RequiredSalesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)Good to HaveSalesforce CPQ experience
