Manager P&CI - Risk Management

Job Title : Manager P&CI - Sales & Marketing / Commerce, BP

Location : Bangalore

Qualifications & Experience - CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA / MBA, 4 - 6 years of experience in internal controls, process improvement, risk management, or business partnering roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated business partner for commercial and business functions, provide guidance on process design and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business decisions with strong risk management and control design.
• Support automation and transformation initiatives, drive continuous improvement projects
• Drive continuous optimization of end-to-end commercial processes through detailed process mapping, development of policies and SOPs, and alignment with best practices.
• Conduct periodic risk assessment including fraud risk assessment of key commercial processes
• Monitor and support timely closure of audit actions (Global Audit & Internal Audit)
• Conduct trainings and workshops relating to process controls, policies and compliance.
