The Senior Business Analyst – Architecture will serve as a key liaison between business units, IT, and architecture teams to ensure that architectural solutions align with business goals and objectives. This role involves understanding complex systems and architectural frameworks, capturing detailed requirements, and ensuring that technology architecture meets the evolving needs of the organization. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with architects to support strategic planning, system integration, and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Architecture Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business leaders and architects to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for architectural initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term technology and business strategies. Create Jira stories required for implementation & tracking and Management of Kanban board related to Architecture Governance.
• Business Process and Systems Analysis : Analyze existing business processes and system architectures, identifying opportunities for modernization, optimization, and alignment with architectural standards and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Alignment with Architecture Strategy : Support the creation and maintenance of architectural roadmaps, ensuring that business and technology initiatives are aligned with the broader enterprise architecture strategy.
• System Integration : Assist in the design and implementation of system integration strategies, ensuring seamless interoperability between new and legacy systems.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze business and system data to support architectural decisions and provide insights into system performance, scalability, and business alignment.
• Governance and Compliance : Ensure that all proposed architectural solutions adhere to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for security and data governance.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead post-implementation reviews of architecture projects to assess outcomes, document lessons learned and identify opportunities for further architectural improvements.
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Reviews progress with management.
