Our Team

You will join a diverse team of Product Owners, software engineers, and stakeholders working collaboratively to develop and maintain custom applications to support Molexs continued growth. We strive to be proactive in identifying solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations with a strong emphasis on quality. We do this by being committed to continuous learning and improvement, fostering a safe space and culture of staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.

What You Will Do

• Understand and document complex business processes, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and user stories, while guiding the technical team in developing solutions.
• Analyzing workflows and transforming them into detailed requirements.
• Assist with managing the change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder buy-in, and minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks throughout the development process, ensuring that release plans align with business goals and timelines.
• Assist with testing by developing test cases, conducting validation activities, and ensuring that deliverables meet the specified requirements before UAT.
• Assist the Product Owner with scrum ceremonies and documentation.
• Provide insights and reports on project progress, requirements status, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage the initial analysis of incoming support tickets by troubleshooting and diagnosing issues before assigning them to a developer.
