Our Financial Communication Practice partners with India’s leading corporations, investment banks, and law firms to drive strategic storytelling across high-stakes financial events, including IPOs, mergers, fundraises, and restructuring initiatives. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IPO & Capital Markets Communication team. This role involves advising C-suite leaders and promoters on reputation, disclosure, and messaging during the IPO and pre-listing phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in consulting or financial strategy, coupled with an ability to translate complex financial narratives into compelling communication strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute IPO communication strategies in collaboration with CXOs, bankers, and legal advisors. Build and manage investor and media communication plans aligned with SEBI and market regulations. Advise promoters and senior leadership on strategic positioning, narrative building, and leadership visibility. Support drafting of DRHP messaging, press releases, investor FAQs, and roadshow presentations. Partner with analysts, equity research teams, and financial media to manage perception pre- and post-listing. Conduct IPO readiness workshops and support internal teams with training and message alignment. Drive thought leadership content and enhance the corporate reputation framework post-listing. Candidate Profile 8–15 years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, investor relations, or strategic communications. Strong understanding of capital markets, the IPO process, the regulatory environment, and disclosure norms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines. Exposure to working with bankers, law firms, and CXO-level clients is preferred. An MBA / CA / postgraduate degree in finance, economics, communications, or a related discipline is desirable.
