About the Role
The role involves ensuring timely, high-quality design support for social media, campaigns, events, newsletters, and brand promotions that elevate the organization’s brand image and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creatives for internal and external communication (social media posters, viral campaigns, videos, blogs, mailers, newsletters).
- Create YouTube thumbnail banners and other platform-specific visuals.
- Develop event-specific creative assets, including digital displays and physical branding.
- Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for corporate and external events.
- Manage end-to-end creative development : ideation, execution, approvals, and delivery.
- Collaborate with MarCom and functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
- Maintain design schedules to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Regularly update creative asset libraries and manage version control.
- Support ad-hoc requirements including mailer corrections and real-time design changes.
Qualifications
Knowledge of principles of graphic design, layout, and branding.Knowledge of digital platforms, resolution standards, and content formats.Understanding of marketing communications (MarCom) strategies and messaging.Awareness of event branding and presentation design aesthetics.Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.Good communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.Eye for detail, color, and design consistency.Exposure to motion graphics and video editing.Preferred Skills
Experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, especially when urgent tasks arise unexpectedly.Ability to align diverse stakeholder preferences and timelines with creative output cycles.Balancing high creative quality with fast turnaround expectations.
