About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can seamlessly handle both salon floor teams and office-based staff .
This role is a blend of people management, culture building, and structured HR operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Salon HR Responsibilities
Recruitment of stylists, technicians, therapists & front desk
Conduct trials, skill assessments, and grooming checks
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and roster planning
Regular performance tracking : revenue, rebooking, retail
Handle salon staff onboarding, training & grooming standards
Employee relations and conflict resolution on the salon floor
2. Office / Corporate HR Responsibilities
Recruitment for office roles (marketing, accounts, operations, admin)
Drafting offer letters, contracts, KRAs, and HR documents
Handling payroll coordination & leave management
Developing and updating HR policies & SOPs
Managing performance reviews and appraisals
Coordinating cross-department communication
3. Culture, Engagement & Training
Plan monthly team engagement activities
Coordinate workshops, technical training & soft-skill development
Build a positive, collaborative culture across both salon & office teams
4. Compliance & Administration
Maintain employee files & HR dashboards
Ensure adherence to POSH, PF / ESIC (if applicable)
Support operational tasks and inter-department workflows
